Be Inspired!

Today, I’d like to talk about New Year resolutions! On the top of my list is my HEALTH. I know that millions of people just like me want to change their diets and get more exercise! I’m not alone! But really, this year, I’d really like to make some healthier changes. I plan for this to include caring for the mind, body, and spirit. I believe that all three effect our health and well-being. I was inspired to start this blog through my cousin. She announced on Facebook that she was starting a blog! Well folks, so am I! It’s actually very therapeutic. Okay, so first things first, my first physical challenge is to rid myself of the sugar that’s in my diet and to consume at least a gallon of water a day. Okay, lets be realistic… I’ll start with a half of gallon a day, and one sweet treat a day. That’s more doable. As for my spiritual and mental resolutions — I want to establish daily devotion time and reading for pleasure. Sounds good to me! Writing for this blog is also a investment in my mental health! Lol! Everybody has to start somewhere… What changes are you planning to make for next year?
